Lykins International and USA Luxury Listings is reviewed by a USA Designated Broker who is licensed in the USA States of Arizona and California.

How May Sellers Market Thier Luxury Property To International Buyers?​​



When a Luxury Residential or Commercial Seller requests our marketing services, we generally begin by coordinating the Property Seller with a Quality Cooperative Luxury Realtor in thier geographical area.  Before the Seller has listed thier luxury property, they may either select a Luxury Agent from our Preferred Luxury Network, (or) the Seller may have us contact thier own pre-selected Luxury Realty Agent external to our network.  

 

Upon reviewing the Sellers preferences and needs we may initiate the International Marketing Plan to market his/her luxury property internationally via our International Luxury sites and potentially recommend various other International Marketing Venues.   The International Luxury Team generally agrees to showcase the Seller's Brokered Listing by facilitating a Featured Listing within the properties geographical location.  If space is limited:   we may provide the Sellers Agent with an attached  feature link to a linked web page for more photos, videos, and descriptive details of the Sellers Approved Realty Agent's Luxury Listing.

In the United States,  the detail information of The Listing Advertisement will always include the Listing Agents Brokerage Name and any other identification information required by the real estate department in each particular listing location.

 

Who Pays For The International Luxury Marketing?

 

All International Marketing Consults and Coordinations are Available Upon Request For A Pre-set Fee or possibly a close of sale referral fee, OR preset marketing fee, when legal for that country.



The Marketing of an International Real Estate "Commercial or Residential" Property Showcase Listing Advertisement may be purchased upfront by the Seller or thier Agent; (if the Luxury Listing meets our considered to meet the full standards of our Luxury Clientele Showcase), and is generally a set Marketing Fee. However, a Referral Fee or preset Marketing Fee may paid upon closing, if legal within thier country and property location.
